Child Safety Standards

Last updated: 2026-09-03 · Operated by FLYER GROUP LIMITED 飛客集團有限公司

FK01 has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page sets out our standards, how users report concerns, how we respond, and how to reach us. The app's target audience is people aged 18 and over.

1. Strictly prohibited content and conduct

  • Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including images, video, text or links.
  • Content that sexualises minors, even where not explicit.
  • Grooming, soliciting or attempting to establish sexual contact with a minor.
  • Trafficking, soliciting or advertising sexual services involving minors.
  • Sharing intimate imagery of minors, or using it to threaten or extort.

2. How users report in the app

Every surface that carries user-generated content can be reported:

  • Posts: the "⋯" menu at the top right of a post → Report
  • Comments: the "⋯" menu beside the comment → Report comment
  • Users: open their profile → "⋯" menu → Report user / Block user
  • Direct messages: the "⋯" menu in the conversation → Report user / Block user

You may also email [email protected] with "Child safety" in the subject line.

3. How we respond

  • Automated detection: images, text and video in public posts pass through an AI moderation pipeline before publication; high-risk matches are removed automatically and escalated for human review.
  • Human review: reports involving child safety are handled at the highest priority.
  • Enforcement: once confirmed, we remove the content and permanently terminate the account. If the same person creates another account and reoffends, we act the same way on discovery and report the repeat conduct to law enforcement.
  • Preservation: we preserve relevant records as required by applicable law to support law-enforcement investigations.

4. Reporting to authorities

We comply with all applicable child safety laws. Confirmed child sexual abuse material is reported to the Hong Kong Police Force (and, where applicable, to other regional or national authorities), and we cooperate with their investigations.

5. Point of contact

Designated point of contact for child safety matters: [email protected]. Law enforcement, NGOs and researchers may also reach us at this address.
