1. Acceptance of terms

By using FK01 (坊港01, the “App”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. The App is operated by FLYER GROUP LIMITED 飛客集團有限公司 (“we”, “us”).

2. Description of service

FK01 is a neighbourhood social platform for Hong Kong housing estates, offering community discussion, second-hand trading, a business directory, event organising, and neighbour connections.

3. Accounts

  • You must be at least 12 years old to register.
  • Each person may register only one account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account secure and must not share your sign-in credentials with others.
  • Providing false information may result in your account being suspended.

4. User conduct

You agree not to:

  • (a) post false, misleading or fraudulent content;
  • (b) harass, threaten, discriminate against or bully other users;
  • (c) post pornographic, violent or unlawful content;
  • (d) impersonate others or fabricate an identity;
  • (e) send spam or unsolicited commercial promotion;
  • (f) attempt unauthorised access to other users’ accounts or to our systems;
  • (g) use automated tools (bots) to mass-post or harvest data;
  • (h) violate the laws of Hong Kong.

5. Content

  • You retain the intellectual property rights in the content you post.
  • You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute and translate your content within the App.
  • We may remove content that violates the Community Guidelines.
  • Automated AI moderation may flag or hide some content; you may request human review through the appeal process.

6. Business features

  • Business information is submitted by users or drawn from public sources; we do not guarantee its accuracy.
  • Business listings are subject to review and are shown publicly only after approval.
  • User reviews reflect personal opinions and do not represent the position of the App.

7. Second-hand trading

  • The App is an information platform only and is not a party to any transaction.
  • We do not take part in price negotiation, payment or delivery.
  • Buyers and sellers bear the risks of their transactions themselves.
  • Selling prohibited items, counterfeits or stolen goods is forbidden.

8. Points and membership

  • Points are a virtual reward with no cash value and are non-transferable.
  • We reserve the right to adjust the points rules.
  • Membership subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; they are billed monthly and are non-refundable.

9. Disclaimer

  • The App is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranty.
  • We are not responsible for interactions, transactions or disputes between users.
  • We are not liable for losses caused by service interruption, data loss or the actions of third parties.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or HK$500, whichever is higher.

11. Termination

  • You may stop using the App at any time by deleting your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, with prior notice.
  • Serious violations (fraud, illegal activity) may result in immediate termination without notice.

12. Dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the App 14 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
