Our vision

FK01 (坊港01, the “App”) is committed to building a genuine, friendly and mutually supportive neighbourhood community for Hong Kong housing estates. The following guidelines apply to all users.

Basic principles

1. Real identity

  • Use your real name or a recognisable nickname.
  • Do not impersonate other people or organisations.
  • We encourage you to complete estate verification.

2. Friendly interaction

  • Respect different opinions and backgrounds.
  • Do not use aggressive, insulting or discriminatory language.
  • Voice complaints constructively rather than through personal attacks.

3. Accurate information

  • Share accurate information and experiences.
  • Do not deliberately spread rumours or false information.
  • Item descriptions should truthfully reflect their condition.

Prohibited behaviour

The following will result in content removal or account sanctions:

  • Fraud: fake transactions, fake offers, phishing messages.
  • Harassment: persistent stalking, threats, harassment via direct messages.
  • Discrimination: discriminatory remarks based on race, gender, age, nationality or religion.
  • Unlawful content: pornography, violence, drugs, gambling and other illegal material.
  • Spam: repetitive posting, mass commercial promotion, irrelevant links.
  • Privacy violations: publishing other people’s personal information or photos without consent.

Sanctions

  • Minor (first offence): content removed + warning notice.
  • Repeat violations: temporary mute (1–7 days).
  • Serious violations: permanent ban.
  • Unlawful conduct: ban + report to law enforcement as required by law.

Appeals

If you believe a sanction was applied in error, you may request a review within 7 days via “Settings > Content appeal”. A human moderator will review it within 48 hours.

Reporting

If you see content that breaks these guidelines, tap the flag icon at the top right of the post to report it. All reports are handled confidentially. For any other enquiries, email [email protected].
