Applicant could amend contact information (including address, telephone number, email address (applicable to online application only)) by writing or via a designated amendment form, and submit to HOS / GSH / WSM Unit by post / by hand (Address: Podium Level 1, Hong Kong Housing Authority Customer Service Centre, 3 Wang Tau Hom South Road, Kowloon).

- the form is applicable for application period only and must submit on or before application deadline (i.e. 20 May 2026)
